STEP 1

Let’s start with a chat about where you are "stuck". This is a free thirty minute meeting, via video conference if desired. This is also the best method for determining if we are a good fit for each other in terms of temperament and methods.

STEP 2

During our meeting, I want to hear about your biggest obstacle, it's past impact on your life and current impacts, and what you would prefer to be experiencing instead. I spend a lot of time listening, asking direct questions, and taking notes.

STEP 3

I'll teach you tools that will help you move through or around your obstacle and getting "unstuck". If time permits, we'll practice together to make sure you can implement it as homework. Sessions are most effective when there is homework and continued accountability and follow-through. Therefore, we will also discuss a continued partnership for you to work through your obstacles and reorient behavior patterns. At your request, we can discuss which package options best fit your needs. 

 

After our chat, you’ll have new insight and tools, whether or not you choose to continue working together.
